HunterPRO Third-Party Data Processing Policy

This Policy is addressed to people who are not users of HunterPRO but whose data may appear in our systems. It explains what we process, why, and how to ask us to stop.

The data controller is KaasifyAI Corp (sociedad anonima constituida en la Republica de Panama), with registered address at PH Las Olas 1, PB A, Vista Mar, San Carlos, Panama Oeste, Panama.

What data we collect

HunterPRO gathers contact information about companies and professionals from publicly accessible sources. Depending on what has been published, that information may include:

• Personal or company name.
• Professional contact details: email address, telephone number, website.
• Public profile or page on social media platforms.
• Declared industry or line of business.
• Approximate location, at city or region level.
• Public information about business activity, such as profile descriptions or open posts.

We do not collect sensitive data, such as information relating to health, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sex life or criminal records. Nor do we collect financial data or access credentials.

Where it comes from

The data comes exclusively from publicly accessible sources: public social media profiles, websites, business directories and search engine results.

Collection is carried out through specialized technology providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions.

We do not access private, password-protected or restricted content. We do not create fake profiles or use third-party credentials to reach non-public information.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of KaasifyAI Corp and of the users of HunterPRO in carrying out commercial prospecting activity, recognized as a lawful basis for processing under applicable data protection law.

We have balanced that interest against your fundamental rights and freedoms, taking into account that the information is data you yourself made public, that it is limited to contact details of a largely professional nature, and that you retain at all times the ability to object.

That balance depends on your being able to exercise your objection simply and effectively. For that reason the removal channel described below is free, requires no justification and carries a committed response deadline.

What we use it for

The data is made available to users of HunterPRO for the sole purpose of enabling them to identify and contact potential clients or business partners.

We do not sell databases to third parties outside the Service, we do not carry out profiling with legal effects on individuals, and we do not make automated decisions producing significant effects on anyone.

Users of HunterPRO are responsible for how they use the information obtained and for complying with commercial contact rules in force in the recipient's country.

Retention period

Collected data that has not been used is automatically deleted 6 months after collection.

When you exercise your right to removal, we retain only the minimum indispensable data (for example, a hashed version of your email address) on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of preventing that same data from being collected again in the future. That list is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with users of the Service.

How to request removal

Write to contacto@kaasifyai.com stating the data you want removed (for example, your email address, telephone number or profile link).

• You do not need to justify your request.
• You do not need to create an account or be a user of the Service.
• The process is free of charge.

We proceed as follows:

1. We acknowledge receipt of your request.
2. We locate and delete the associated data from our systems.
3. We add the data to the suppression list so that it is not collected again.
4. We confirm in writing that the removal has been carried out.

The whole process is completed within 30 calendar days of receiving the request.

In addition to removal, you may request access to the data we hold about you and its rectification if it is inaccurate, through the same channel.

If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country of residence.

Consumer-facing searches

HunterPRO allows searches aimed at companies and professionals, and also searches aimed at consumers, that is, individuals not acting in the course of a business activity.

We recognize that where the data relates to an individual rather than a company, the balance between our legitimate interest and your rights is more demanding. Accordingly, in those cases:

• Your removal request receives priority handling, with a target resolution shorter than the general deadline stated above.
• We apply the same retention limits, without exception.
• We expressly warn users of the Service that contacting consumers may be subject to additional prior consent requirements under the law of the recipient's country, and that compliance is the responsibility of the party making the contact.
